There are so many videos that support these questions and you can show and talk to them about it while you are teaching them to hide God’s holy word. Competition is only a motivational part and the main thing is hiding God’s word in their heart. They can participate in all league meets and they can join as substitutes for JBQ in District Finals and any further JBQ competitions.
2. Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ):
This program is for children who are in grades 1 through 6. There are two divisions in JBQ.

There are so many videos to teach all of the questions when they are learning. The quizzers need motivation and assistance from parents as they are hiding God’s word. Sometimes, there will be hard struggles when you force them but try to make it as a routine, so it will no more be a pain for your child. In this program, parents should be willing to put effort when you want your child to be successful in hiding God’s word with love. During the learning process, feed the food (scripture) with lots of love and they will never forget in their life.
3. Teen Bible Quiz (TBQ):
This is a discipleship ministry geared for teens in 6th through 12th grade. Each year a different book or books of the New Testament are memorized by over 2,000 students across the Nation. Several times during the year students attend meets within their district in order to test their ability to memorize and understand God’s Word. Towards the end of the season, there will be an optional opportunity to preach for other teens and leaders as part of what they learn throughout the season. This year, the quizzers will be learning the book of Romans and James. There are 3 divisions this year.
a). Romans and James Experience Division – The quizzers in this division will be quizzing over Romans chapter 8 & 12 and the book of James. They will be learning a total of only 168 verses throughout the season. They can participate only in league matches. This division will quiz only during the first 4 League meets in our district. The other big difference is there will be 12 “Toss Up” questions to start the match. Question 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 will go to the Red team and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 will go to the Green team. The point values will be the same. Interruptions are not necessary. They will be studying for each league in the following order…
League 1 – Romans 8 (39 verses)
League 2 – Romans 12 and James 1 (48 verses) plus league 1 portions
League 3 – James 2 & 3 (44 verses) plus league 1 & 2 portions
League 4 – James 4 & 5 (37 verses) plus league 1, 2 & 3 portions
This is for students who would like to do quizzing, but don’t have a lot of time due to commitments. Other students feel like they just can’t do quiz. We believe the limited portion of material to study will address both these concerns and allow young people to gain confidence in what they are doing. The benefit to this division of quizzing is the opportunity to get many more students in the Word.
b). Middle School League : This division is for students who are in middle school and willing to learn more verses. They will be studying Romans chapter 1-8 and 12-14 and the book of James. They will be learning a total of 370 verses. They can participate in league level, district level and regional level competitions. Middle school league will be studying the following portions for each league…
League 1 – Romans 1-5 (117 verses)
League 2 – Romans 6-8 (87 verses) + older portion
League 3 – Romans 12-14 (58 verses) + older portion
League 4 – James 1-5 (108 verses) + older portion
c). Varsity League or A league: This division is for quizzers who are in middle or high school and have experience in TBQ leagues. This is the advanced division. The quizzers will be studying the whole book of Romans and James. They can participate in league level, district level and regional level competitions. The portions are spread out for leagues as follows…
League 1 – Romans 1-7 (186 verses)
League 2 – Romans 8-11 (129 verses) + older portion
League 3 – Romans 12-16 (117 verses) + older portion
League 4 – James 1-5 (108 verses) + older portion
Apart from quizzing, there is memorization awards towards the end of the season for everyone who worked hard throughout the season and met the criteria’s for each award.
