Atlanta Tamil Church

Our History

The Atlanta Tamil Church, was established in January 2001 and is an incorporated non-profit entity in the State of Georgia with 501(c)(3) non-profit status granted by the Internal Revenue Service in August, 2002. It was located in the premises of the Korean Community Presbyterian Church in Duluth. Over the years Atlanta Tamil Church has grown in membership and on March 6th, 2009, with God’s help Atlanta Tamil Church was able to close on the property and move into its own Church premises in Norcross. It is registered as a non-profit organization 501(C), non-denominational church, which focuses on the Tamil community in the U.S.A.

Atlanta Tamil Church now meets every Sunday at 10:00 AM at its new Church facility on 6111, Oakbrook Parkway, Norcross, GA -30093. The Choir and Workship team lead the congregation in worshiping our Lord, and followed by the Word of God being presented by Pastor. Palmer Paramadhas. The Church is being governed by the Board of Elders. Children of Atlanta Tamil Church attend Sunday school during regular church hours. Communion Service is held on the first Sunday of every month. Fellowship is every second Sunday.

The congregation comprises of people of all age groups and all religions who come to worship in Tamil. The church supports many missions and ministries including church planting and seminary education in India. Renowned preachers from India frequently visit the church.

Since it’s planting, Atlanta Tamil Church has been blessed by God and seen tremendous growth. Come and visit us as we praise and worship our Lord at Atlanta Tamil Church.
